Our first "real" concert

News

To the choir:

Organising Prophono's first ever concert has been tough, and Christmas is coming up fast. Pinning down a venue, a date, a time, an accompanist, a budget—and everything else—has not been easy, especially for a brand new choir. We're nearly there!

Even at this early stage a lot of thanks is due. Lucy has worked tirelessly to find us a venue and the initiative that she has taken is greatly appreciated. Honor has found us an accompanist and drawn up some initial budgetary estimates. Sarah has helped with recording committee decisions. Nicola, as membership secretary, has called (or tried to call) every single one of you to have a chat, check your availability and tell you about the upcoming rehearsals. As a result of Nicola's conversations with you, and the commitments you gave to her, we can firm up a plan which will suit as many of you as possible.

This Thursday each of you will be given some tickets; then we will be able to start selling!
